Nabunturan Councilor Raul Caballero, president of the Board of Trustees of the Mesael Caballero Foundation, Inc. is making waves in hometown's barangays since July with the implementation of his Moral Recovery Program, one of his top agenda in his platform for good governance last May polls. Councilor Raul's MRP is an advocacy for the strengthening of the family as a basic unit of society. It shuns vices and deviances (i.e. drug abuse, alcoholism, free marital and extra-marital sex) that destroy the moral fabric of society, and calls for renewal and indemnification as universal way-out in building a good community and nation. It's a right stuff for Nabunturanons.
